Using LFC on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Learn about LFC features on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, including how to set up and sign out of your account.

Find TV shows and movies by searching directly on the LFC app when using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Subtitles & Alternate Audio

While a TV show or movie is playing, tap the screen to bring up your play options. On the right you'll find an option to enable subtitles, if available.

Video out

iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models support video out via a number of compatible Apple-specific connection kits. More information is available through Apple's support site.

Picture in Picture (iPad only)

Certain iPad models allow you to use Picture in Picture to watch LFC while using other apps. For detailed instructions on using Picture in Picture, visit Apple's support site.

High Dynamic Range

LFC is available in High Dynamic Range on select devices. 

NOTE:  Devices must run the latest version of iOS for Dolby Vision playback to work properly.

Why can't I download titles?

Not all titles are available for download, so you may see the Downloads icon  for some titles but not others.

If you do not see the Downloads icon for any TV shows or movies, it could be caused by a device compatibility issue, out-of-date software on the device, or information stored on the device that needs to be refreshed. 

How many user can I have on my account?

LFC allows up-to three(3) user per subscription. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your Louisiana Film Channel membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Louisiana Film Channel service through the end of your monthly billing period. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNWATCHED MOVIES OR TV SHOWS. To cancel, go to the "Your Account" page on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation.
